Self Driven Terms

  1. Rental, deposit and all other charges must be paid in advance by the hirer.
  2. The deposit is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle. (Card refunds may take up to 10 working days).
  3. Fuel, lubricants and repairs up to LKR 8,000 must be borne by the hirer.
  4. Daily checks (oil, water, spare wheel, jack, tire pressure) must be maintained.
  5. Substitute vehicle provided only for breakdowns, not accidents (extra charges apply).
  6. Only the registered driver may drive. Additional driver = extra charge.
  7. No refunds if vehicle is returned early or damaged.
  8. In case of accident, inform rental, insurance & police and submit reports.
  9. Illegal use, transporting pets/wild animals or violations of Sri Lankan law are prohibited.
  10. Full damage cost applies if insurance claim is rejected.
  11. Company is not liable for compensation.
  12. Vehicle must not be abandoned unattended.
  13. Hirer responsible for misuse damages (fuel, oil, undercarriage, etc.).
  14. Extensions allowed only after payment.
  15. All damages including accessories & keys are chargeable.
  16. Unwashed vehicles will incur LKR 2500 cleaning fee.
  17. Cancellation fee: 25% of rental.
  18. Bookings confirmed only upon payment.
  19. Quotations valid for 7 days.
  20. Collision waiver available on request.
  21. Rates subject to government tax changes.

Self Drive Car Rentals

  1. Deposit & rental must be paid in advance.
  2. Customer must sign the Self Drive Agreement.
  3. Valid driving license (local/international) & passport required.
  4. Cancellation/No-show: Minimum 1-day rental charged.
  5. Charges calculated from/to rental premises.
  6. Minimum mileage: 100km per day.

With Driver Terms & Conditions

  1. Rates include driver & fuel.
  2. Excludes highway, parking & toll charges.
  3. Kilometers calculated garage-to-garage.
  4. Vehicles are fully insured.
  5. 24/7 island-wide replacement for breakdowns.
  6. Professional English-speaking drivers provided.
  7. Driver charges: LKR 2500/day, Outstation: LKR 1000.
  8. Driver accommodation: Free (hotel quarters) or LKR 1500/night.
  9. No hidden charges.
  10. Bookings confirmed upon payment.
